As a development leader of small business as Utech Solutions I have the duty of gathering all requirements from our clients (making interviews, meetings, and visits) and then transforming these inputs in improvements for Utech Health web system. Also presenting the system and training users. I built the first MVP (Minimum Viable Product) from the scratch, and it is being used by "Viva Psiquiatria" for the last 7 years. This system functionalities contemplates every stage of patients care until the end of hospital internment.
All systems’ modules are:

Users and profiles administration, Digital signature, Prescription, Patient’s evolution, Medical schedule, medical consultation, Stock, Patient’s stock consumption, Billing module with XML generation, Secretary, Patient’s evolution, and Prescription.

The system was now migrated from .NET Framework to .NET 7.0, with the feature of the system being capable of signing medical documents (with self-generated digital certificates) and validating if the document was signed by the system.

It's an excelent partial work experience for creative freedom and innovation.

As a Squad Leader at Inflor, I work with a focus on people and projects in the IT area. My work is characterized by career guidance, process optimization, people management, project planning and application of agile methodology together with teams (mainly using Jira). This is an excellent opportunity to develop soft skills and improve agile methodology skills, activities that support me both in software development and people management. Due to technological knowledge, I provide the team with technological guidance.
Working with different teams made me grow a lot professionally and in understanding new areas, especially with the mobile and devops team, where I was able to carry out engagement together with the team and restructure its work model with the aim of optimizing its processes.
Working with a development team focused on the business (which manages part of the product), gave me a broad view of the business, benefiting all the teams I work with, in addition to having the opportunity to help organize projects.

As a system analyst / software engineer at Inflor I mainly work with technological solutions for agribusiness worldwide, improving the existing system and providing customer service. I also make workshops and training with the clients focusing on how to use the system in the best way within the individual characteristics of each company.
The work is characterized with the use of C#, webforms, entity framework, ASP.NET and Oracle database systems - including procedures, triggers, functions, and query optimizations, together with scrum methodology, Kanban and JIRA service for customer service and demand control. Working together with the DevOps team that provides us automations for publishing applications and controlling the repository (pull requests, branches, ...) in Azure DevOps platform.
Most of the customers are in Brazil, but Inflor also have them in another countries as Uruguay, China, Chile, USA and Portugal, so it is a great work opportunity to develop worldwide contact (like with Stora Enso Guangxi in China or Montes del Plata in Uruguay) and communication skills.

As a Lead Software Engineer in Vixteam I had the commitment to guide other software engineers to support and evolve Petrobrás’ systems that are developed using Microsoft technologies such as C#, Web Forms, Microsoft MVC and other technologies like Fluent NHibernate, TFS, CSS, HTML, bootstrap, javascript, jQuery and Oracle PLSQL.
I also had the responsibility to be in contact with Petrobrás’ keyusers to gather new requirements and to present systems’ new functionalities. As we carried out a work close to our client, the Scrum methodology was adopted in conjunction with the Kanban board to carry out this relationship / monitoring of the work.

As a Lead Software Engineer in Avista I worked with a small group of software engineers (about 4) aiming to sustain and evolve mobile APPs and static websites. As the company is from the financial sector, we have created a mobile app for credit card control, and it was also necessary to create a self-service Totem for credit card information. Mobiles APP were developed using native technologies such as Android studio with Java for the Android application and Swift for IOS.
I have actively participated in the concept and development of the Android app, but for the IOS app I only carried out technical guidelines and specifications. All these apps and self-service Totem are served by Java Web Services and Oracle Database.
